Counselling Session Fees

Psychologist Appointment, Counselling.

The regular session fee with a Psychologist is $150, and the Low Gap Fee is $115. Sessions are 50 minutes in Duration

Rebates may be available through Medicare and Private Health Insurance. If you are eligible for a Medicare Rebate your “out of pocket” expense after this rebate will be $65.20 for a regular appointment or $30.20 for a low Gap appointment.

Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) Appointment

The Regular NET session Fee with Stephanie is $60, and is 20 minutes in Duration
The Long NET Session Fee with Stephanie is $80, and is 30minutes in Duration

A Discounted initial introductory NET Session is available for clients new to NET, During this session Stephanie briefly explains NET, and discusses whether it is a suitable form of treatment for your goals and provides a brief treatment if appropriate. This Discounted Session Fee is $30 and is 15 to 20 minutes in Duration.

Out of Hours Consultations

For all appointments booked outside of our regular office hours there is an additional charge of $30 per counselling session and $20 per NET session.

Payments

Payment for your session is required when you attend your appointment. For your convenience our practice offers Eftpos, Credit card and Medicare Easyclaim for payments. With Medicare Easyclaim your Medicare Rebate can be directed into your Cheque or Savings Account, so that you will not need to attend a Medicare Office.

Cancellations and Non Attendance Fee

When you book an appointment, that time is allocated especially for you, we understand that at times it is necessary to change or cancel appointments. We do not Charge for changes or cancellations made with more than 24hr’s notice, by providing us with 24hrs notice we can often allocate your appointment time to another client. If however you provide less than 24hrs notice, a cancellation fee of 60% of your appointment fee will be payable (If we are able to schedule another client in your appointment time, no cancellation fee will be charged). It is the policy of our clinic to charge the full fee to clients who fail to show for their scheduled appointment.
